RETURNS

We sincerely hope you’re satisfied with your DESSAINT purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges for any products.

RETURN CHARGES

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The following return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit:

  • United Kingdom: £4.95
  • European Union: £15
  • USA & CA: £20
  • Rest of the world: £25

RETURNS PROCESS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and items must be in their original condition.

VIA OUR WEBSITE

1. Log in to your DESSAINT account and request a return from the Orders tab.

2. Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you and made available in your account.

3. Please package all items using the original packaging and remove any previous shipping labels.

4. We will send you a prepaid return label, please print out this shipping label and apply it to the outside of your parcel securely.

5. Take the box to your local drop-off point.

6. Once your order has been received, and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your store credit or refund. You will receive a final update email when this is processed.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn or washed. Please try on items with care to ensure any tags remain intact, and kindly avoid wearing strong scents or makeup that may mark the garment. All items eligible for return and exchange must be in an unworn and in a resellable condition.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
Processing times may be longer during holiday periods. Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return may not be processed.

STORE CREDIT


Online store credit is the quickest option if you’d like to order another product without waiting for a refund; you can inform us that you would like the Store Credit option when requesting your return via email. Once your return is received and processed, you'll receive a credit code via email to use on our website.

REFUNDS


If a refund is preferred, all approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

IMPORT DUTIES

We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

EU, US, & CA

For orders shipped to the EU, US, and CA, we send them with duties paid (DDP Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or taxes upon delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD

For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, US, and CA, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. If you no longer wish to receive your order, it will be considered a return. If you would like it to be redelivered, customers are responsible for any additional charges.
