RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We sincerely hope you’re satisfied with your DESSAINT purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order—we’ll happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order. All return and exchange parcels must be postmarked within this 14-day window to be eligible.

Currently, we only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Please be aware that we cannot process returned clothing which has been worn or washed. Please try on items with care to ensure any tags remain in tact, and kindly avoid wearing strong scents or makeup that may mark the garment. All items eligible for return and exchange must be in an unworn and in a resellable condition.

STORE CREDIT

Online store credit is the quickest option if you’d like to order another product without waiting for a refund; you can inform us that you would like the Store Credit option when requesting your return via email. Once your return is received and processed, you'll receive a credit code via email to use on our website.

REFUNDS

If a refund is preferred, all approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.


RETURN CHARGES

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The following return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit:

United Kingdom: £4.95

European Union: £15

Rest of the world: £25

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Email contact@dessaintstudio.com and please include:

a. Your order number

b. What you would like to return from your order

c. If you would like to return or exchange

d. If you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to your original payment method

2. Please package all items for return or exchange, using the original packaging if possible, and remove any previous shipping labels. When packaging your return, please place the order invoice inside the parcel.

3. We will send you a prepaid return label, please print out this shipping label and apply it to the outside of your parcel securely.

4. Take the box to your local drop-off point.

5. Once your order has been received, and your items have passed our inspection process, We will process your store credit, refund and or exchange. You will receive a final update email when your refund or exchange is processed.

Once we have received your parcel, it can take up to 14 working days to be processed. Please note that processing times can be longer during holiday periods.

Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return may not be processed.

IMPORT DUTIES

We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

EU, US, & CA

For orders shipped to the EU, US, and CA, we send them with duties paid (DDP Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or taxes upon delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD

For orders shipped outside the UK, EU, US, and CA, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery
