SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location. Orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. UK Orders: No additional import duties apply.
EU, US & CA Orders: We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis—meaning no extra customs charges on delivery.
Other International Orders: Customs duties and VAT may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect shipping details, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.
